No Contracts, No Setup or Activation Fees, Change Plans Anytime

This plan offers a 41% discount over our Pay-As-You-Go service making it an ideal low-cost option for businesses and other organizations that do a high volume of conferencing each month. You are charged $145.00 per month, plus any overage. Any minutes over 5,000 minutes in a given month are billed at only 2.5¢ per minute, per line. Unused minutes do not roll over. If your usage is lower or higher than you anticipated when you signed up, no problem. Just contact us and we will switch you into either our Pay-As-You-Go plan or our 2,500 Toll-Free Minutes plan.

How Usage is Calculated

Minutes are calculated on a per minute, per line(per participant) basis. Example: You have a total of 4 people on a conference call that lasts 30 minutes, the total minutes deducted from your balance of minutes for that call would be 120 -- 4 (Participants) x 30 (Minutes) = 120 minutes used.

Invoicing and Payment Options

Invoices are sent via email the first week of each month (sample invoice). Invoices can be paid securely on our web site using a major credit card or PayPal account, or by mailing a check.

This report provides a complete record of each conference including the time and date of the call, participant caller IDs (when available), number of lines used, minutes that each participant was on the call, total call minutes and associated costs.

  • Unlimited Lines - Need 100, 200, 300 lines for a large conference call? Need 1,000 or more? We can accomodate you. We guarantee 125 lines per call. For conferences greater than 125 lines we require that you contact us 24 hours notice so we can allot the necessary lines. There are no additional line charges for exceeding 125 lines.

  • Unlimited Account Users - Do you have several employees who need to conduct conference calls and will need their own unique ID's? No problem. With Economy Conference Call there is no limit on the number of users you can add to your account and there are no fees for adding additional users.

  • Free Call Recording - With ECC you can record any conference call with a simple keypad command, submit a recording request, and you'll receive a download link to MP3 and WAV files via email free of charge.

  • Simplicity - A web-based user interface - assign codes in just a few mouse clicks.

  • No Limits - Use unlimited characters in complete alphanumeric format.

  • Convenient Summary - The Billing Code Summary section on your monthly invoice lists all conferences that have been assigned a specific code. The billing code is also listed in the conference detail section of the invoice.

Security Features

We recognize your need for heightened security in today's business environment and have made securing our conference call service a high priority. Easy to use security features allow you to conduct conferences with complete confidence.

  • Lock the Conference Call - Lock feature is activated by pressing * 5 on your key pad. This feature closes the call to any additional participants.

  • Secure Access - Each ECC account has unique host and participant codes assigned to it. These codes can be changed whenever necessary for added security.

  • Record Caller IDs (ANI Capture) - When available, the system will record the caller ID of each participant so that you have a record of the phone numbers used to dial in to your conference.

  • Name Announce and Roll Call Options


    Name Announce: The system can be configured so that each participant is announced by name as they join the call. A less disruptive option is Entry Announcement, this allows the host to set the system to alert them with a subtle tone each time a participant joins the conference. This option is less intrusive if the call is already underway.

    Roll Call: This option allows the host to conduct a roll call by simply pressing # 1, the system will then play back the names of all participants currently on the call. Only the host hears the roll call using this option. This feature can be utilized on calls where confidentiality is important, or when the host has asked a participant to disconnect and needs to verify that they are off the call.

  • Attendee Removal - If the call has been set up to require users to record their names before entering the conference, with operator assistance the host has the ability to remove or bar someone. You may also remove attendees using ManageYourCall. There are no additional charges for this feature and gives a host complete control and secure conference calls every time.
